One of the most common misconceptions after a solar installer closes is that nobody else can touch the system. That's generally not true. Your solar system is made up of electrical and solar equipment that can be inspected, diagnosed, repaired, and, when necessary, replaced by a qualified contractor. Depending on when and how your solar system was installed, it may contain equipment from manufacturers such as:

They don’t necessarily disappear together.

Installer Workmanship Warranty

Your original solar installer may have provided coverage for workmanship such as:
